Usual Fault and Solution of Moving Head Lights--Stage Lighting Fixture:

Usual Fault: the whole light has no power
1: Check the power cord whether has problem first.
2: Check whether the power seat fuse is burned.
3: Open the panel of the light’s bottom, check whether the ballast has power; internal switch drop cable if there is like.
4: Open two cover of the light’s body, check near the edge of bulb whether the temperature control failures.
 
Usual Fault: the bulb does not shine
1: Open the tail of the light body and check the bulb gets white or black or even the center of the bulb swells; if one of the above phenomenon happens, please exchange the lamp then opening the light again.
2: Open two shells of the light body, lamp posts installed on the trigger, check whether the trigger wiring is burned to black, if it is, then replace the trigger.
 
Usual Fault: the light bulb shines or does not shines sometimes
1: Check the bulb whether gets white or black or even the centre of the bulb swells, if one of the above conditions happens, please immediately replace the lamp, so as to avoid damaging the light.
2: Check both sides of the fan near the bulb is working properly, if there is bad, please change the fan;
3: Open two shells of the light body, check the temperature controller which located on the above of the bulb whether it is burned; if it is, the bulb will get burned, please exchange it.
4: Open two shells of the light body, there is one thermal window on the tail of the bulb, when the light works for a long time, it will block the wind and out of the thermal window. If the thermal window is covered by dust, please clean it. (The thermal window’s best cleaning frequency is once per month)


Usual Fault: what is the reason of the bulb blowing up
1: First check whether the voltage is between 220V and 230V, if it is over 230V, it is possible to blast. (We suggest every place should be installed the advice regulator.) 
2: If a bulb blasts, please consider and check whether this is due to a result of long working life (usually the normal domestic bulb’s life-span is in 300-500 hours).
3: Please check if it is the quality of the bulb.
4: If the above three reasons are not, it may be the ballast problems, please contact the vendor to resolve.

Usual Fault: the light can not be controlled
1: Check whether the addressing code is correct. If the addressing code is correct, please check the three core signal lines was reversed; and check if there is a connection problem between the card and the card leading Long Block (for example, poor contact).
2: In the case of the addressing code is correct, and there is no problem with the signal line, the DMX light on the place of addressing code should flash normally, if not, it should be the connection problem. 3: Make the same controller control one normal light alone, if there is no problem, it proved that there is some problem with the main board or display, please contact the vendor to resolve.

Usual Fault: the belt is broken
1: If both Pan and Tilt of the light have no reaction, but controller and other lights work normally, it is possible that the belt is broken.
2: If the Pan does not move, but the Tilt moves; or if the Pan moves, but the Tilt does not move, it should be broking the belt.
3: If one of the above phenomenon happens, you could turn off the light, and manually toggle the Pan/Tilt move around and feel whether there is belt driven turn in, if very loose or very easily on the flip, it proved that the belt breaks, please contact the vendor to resolve.

Usual Fault: the light is out of step
1: If the light is out of step, please re-programmed the procedures and try again.
2: If it still does not work, it proved that a particular feature of the motor or one IC of the main board is burned, please contact the vendor to resolve.
